Now that there are a lot of them, which all have you tried ?
I got almost all of them covered except Brave. Not sure I will try Brave anytime soon. I will keep that for more recommendations. A good amount of them is based on Chromium. There was a browser called Epic . It was a fork of Firefox. I thought it died away long back. Recently I rediscovered it and they are now using Chromium base.
Some Linux distros comes with their own web browsers. I haven't used them much. If you are a developer and build something, it is safe to keep yourself to the mainstream browsers. Don't wander off much.
A lot of people do not use fancy browsers. They use what comes with the OS. Which is Google Chrome on Android, Safari on Apple devices and Edge on Windows. It is safe to assume that Firefox is not left alone.
Not testing, for regular use. I know there are many privacy-focused browsers, but it kills your UX to a great extent. A lot of people like to stick with Safari no matter what options they get. Opera with free VPN has its own uses.
I think it has to be a browser which has a lot of features. Which means a lot of extensions. There are only a handful of choices if you look at it this way. 😇
Sounds like a plan. More developer tools will be certainly helpful. I see that the new Edge browser has also introduced advanced developer tools into its arsenal. Any tried ?
