I think it is good that WordPress allows us to bypass the block editor. Because for many people, the old ways are much better. But let us accept that the block editor is going to stay and will have to learn to get use to it. Something like " Switch to classic " in the core would have been nice though. Considering the acceptance the classic editor is getting even after 2 years of block editor should be a good enough reason to give some alternative options.
