How do you reward your members

Let us assume that you are running a forum or a platform where you get members who add content for you. It could be text, image etc or simply add a rating to various services as they do in eCommerce platforms ? How do you reward these members ?

Personally I would prefer to offer premium content/service to them. If you are having a discount sale, the members get the first slot.

I normally help everyone on the same scale. I am happy that there are loyal members who help the website. But I help all with full strength to anyone in need ( and deserving ).

admin same here. I have no preference in terms of how I treat one user as opposed to another. They all deserve the same treatment.
