Automattic has launched a premium security scanning service for WordPress which runs around 50 lakh self-hosted instances. The JetPack Scan will also be available to users of WordPress.com and will require almost zero technical knowledge to use it ( claims their blog ).

JetPack Scan will cost you $ 7 per month, along with $ 70 as an annual payment option. Currently, JetPack Scan will run a daily scan. However, the ambition is to do it in real time, like a guard monitoring your website. Real-time option will be provided at a higher price point.
If a scan result identified a threat, it will send you an email and one-click fix solution. Click it and JetPack Scan would recover your website from most of known issues and put your website back online.
JetPack Scan says that their competitors expect users to possess advanced skills to use their tools. And here it is a one-click solution. They also recommend using JetPack Backup which cost $ 30 per year for daily backups and $ 200 per year for real-time backups.
Offsite servers: Scanning takes place on Jetpack’s servers, which keeps things running quickly and allows you to access scan results even if your website is completely down.
