Good .com domains are available less?

Do you think good named .com domains are available in less number and it may reach zero soon?

Jason it's been like this for a while. Don't forget that the .com boom took hold in the 2000's so there isn't much left now. However, there are cases where you can play with words. For example, "inoculator.com" can be "inocul8r.com". I actually used to have that domain name.

It took me ages to get to phenomlab. And it's a name I've kept.

It is close to zero for me already. Unless you compromise a lot on your domain name. But there is a chance that you can get your regional language words. For example, book.com won't be available much. But kitaab.com ( Hindi ), there is a chance you might get it.

Yes i understand the difficulty, foryou has been changed to 4u, numbers are added to get similar domain names with .com extensions.

Never use numbers or hyphens in domain names. There is nothing wrong legally or ethically. But it will create a bad impression with a lot of users.

Imagine you land on a website called hosting4u. You will trust it, right ? 😉

Try to manage with what you get from those domain registrars. But no need to be hopeless altogether. A lot of .com has come to market since running a website is no longer profitable as it used to be.

You can also get in with buying websites that already have a good domain name. A lot of people buy mediocre websites just to get access to their domain names.
