Looks like you are asking whether using Xenforo will help you. I have asked this myself a thousand times. The answer is, no. There are a lot of things that need to be on the line before you get to fly.
If you take phpBB and tweak it a bit for SEO and a lightning fast server, that could actually help a lot. But if you do not know anything about SEO tweaking or server management, you will need a helping hand.
Otherwise, Xenforo might have a lot of them pre-built. But ask yourselves,
It has no PWA support
It has no AMP support
It needs some tweaking
In the end, you will have to make a compromise or spend a lot in tweaking. These CMS are not that advanced, even XF.
