Do you have members and staff from different time zones ? How do you manage that ?

Do yourself spend some time in day and night to co-ordinate forum related activities ?

If you are lucky, you will have members from all over the globe. Even if you have 10 members if they are in different time zones, that is great with Google and SEO.

I used to. Until I was told not to play too much with my sleep pattern. But I have not given up on it yet. 😀

If you hire someone to work during a time slot that is not regular for them, will you compensate them in their pay cycle ?

Making others follow your timezone is ok, but others should benefit as well.
