How good is the support ?
I am using Hawk Host shared hosting and i am happy with their service and support. File transfer is blazing fast and their uptime is good. The loading speed of my website is awesome and i am happy with it. My rating for them is 5/5 😀

Hawk Host has been around for some time. Their pricing is affordable.

Do they give cPanel ? Is there SSH access ?
They give cPanel and provide SSH access (which i don't know what it is used for)

That is command prompt for a web hosting. Just like we use cmd in Windows and Terminal in Linux. You will be able to do everything using command line.

Only very few shared hosts give this offer. It's expensive.
admin Is it i didn't know about that. I thought it is part of the hosting package and everyone gives it.
I checked a few packages from different hosts. Most of them do not have SSH option. There is no mention of it at all. I think it is a security nightmare for the hosts. Or they are too lazy to set it up for you.
I'm a bleeding edge type of guy who's tried many hosting solutions. I finally decided to go it alone and now use a VPS via Ionos. As this type of thing is my trade, I don't need support and run it completely myself.
Never heard of lonos. They do only VPS and dedicated ? Hope they serve you well.
